Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records.

You are purchasing a *TV Authority EXPRESS package with one Connected TV channel (on ROKU TV), and that includes the following:

-> A platform with a 39.8+ million active users (ROKU TV) to get in front of without paid ads

-> ​Your TV channel set-up by our tech team with up to 100 videos in the first 12 months (you provide the videos for us to upload and you host them in your VimeoPRO account)

-> ​Locked-in pricing: After 12 months, your $500 (+VAT)/month subscription covers the TV channel's maintenance fee and the upload of up to 5 videos/month.

-> ​Private strategic consulting to create your personalized monetization strategy (via conference line, with audio recordings): Questionnaire, 60 min welcome & intro call, 2h intensive, and 3x 60 min implementation calls to be used as needed throughout the year

-> ​[BONUS] A press release written and syndicated for you to hundreds of media outlets: 300 is the guaranteed number, although you may get more (you'll receive a PDF report with clickable links to your published press release) (retail value: $1,000)

All private consulting calls and the press release bonus must be used within 12 months of signing up for TV Authority EXPRESS.

There are two video submission dates each month: the 1st and the 15th of the month. 

Please allow for 15 business days (from submission) for the videos to be uploaded to your two channels.

The videos must be at least 6 minutes long.

Video editing (adding intro, outro, copy, etc.) is available as an add-on, starting at $49 (+VAT)/video.

For the initial TV channel set-up, please allow for 15 business days from the day the channel is "green-lighted" by us, meaning that we've got everything we needed from you to set it up. 

Investment:

You are paying $15,000 + VAT (or 2 payments of $8,000 + VAT) for this package. You are purchasing this in your business capacity and guaranteeing the purchase as an individual.

These Terms of Purchase, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us. These Terms of Purchase supersede our prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages.

What happens after you pay:
Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will say: ZORC GLOBAL/Dr. Martina Zorc.  Please allow 24 hours for a welcome email from [email protected] which will include everything needed to get you started.

We reserve the right to delay the welcome email if technical difficulties arise.

Refunds:
This package has a no refunds policy. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback, ZORC GLOBAL/Dr. Martina Zorc will issue you an additional $500 fee.

Payment Schedule:
If you are paying in full, you will be charged $15,000 +VAT one time on the date of your purchase. If you are paying in installments, your card will be charged twice:

Once today for $8,000 +VAT.
Again in thirty days from today for $8,000 +VAT.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorise us to charge your card on a recurring basis on these dates.  

Please note if you are paying in installments:
If your credit card is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 5 business days. Failure to update your account information will cause your package deliverables to be suspended until payment is made. This is not a pay for partial access situation. You will not be refunded. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to pay the 2 installments of $8,000 + VAT.

License to content:
You are receiving one license for personal viewing and implementation of the material in the package (consulting, training). You are in violation of copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who haven't invested in this package and are not part of your company's core team, training others in the package material, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials. Licenses for these items are available for purchase, starting at $20,000. If you choose to take these actions, you will be notified and billed accordingly.

Acknowledgment:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions as they may be amended from time to time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty:

Dr. Martina Zorc can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. 

You are in the best position to understand your unique circumstances. You are also the one who will be providing the video content for your TV channel, and implementing the growth strategies shared with you via consulting. Therefore, no guarantees are made as to the outcome of this package. You are advised to use your best judgment as an entrepreneur/business owner, and seek the advice of professionals in implementing the principles of this package, should the need arise.

Waiver of liability and Governing Law:
This contract is governed by the law of Slovenija, EU, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree without reservation to personal jurisdiction in Slovenia courts in the event of dispute concerning this agreement or your use of this package.

THIS SITE AND COURSE, INCLUDING ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN IT OR ANY SITE-RELATED SERVICE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, AND HYPERLINKED WEBSITES. DR. MARTINA ZORC, ZORC GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, AND ITS SPONSORS ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE, THE PACKAGE, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE SITE, AND/OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE. Your state or country may not allow limits on warranties and damages. If so, these do not apply to you. If so, the remainder of this agreement shall be enforced as if the limited warranties and/or damages clauses are not there.
